A more intensive therapy combining manual and mechanical stimulation for deeper detox, contouring, and improved lymph flow. Great for clients seeking visible body change or advanced post-op care.
Modalities
Combining Vodder lymphatic drainage, fascia lymphatic drainage, Celluma light therapy, vacuum massage therapy, and roller massage therapy to stimulate lymph flow, release tissue congestion, and reduce inflammation — supporting effective post-operative recovery, detoxification, and overall wellness.
Body Assessment
A body assessment is a crucial first step that allows us to identify signs of fluid retention, inflammation, poor circulation, or tissue tension. By evaluating these factors, we can tailor each session—whether for post-operative care, prenatal support, or general wellness—to your body's specific needs, ensuring treatments are both safe and effective.
Vodder Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle, rhythmic manual technique developed by Dr. Emil Vodder. This method uses light, circular movements to stimulate lymphatic flow, reduce swelling, and promote detoxification through the body’s natural drainage pathways.
Benefits:
Stimulates lymph flow, reduces edema and puffiness, supports immune function, improves post-surgical healing, and enhances overall relaxation and detoxification.
Ideal For:
Clients recovering from cosmetic or medical surgery, managing lymphedema or fluid retention, experiencing swelling or sluggish circulation, or seeking a gentle, restorative wellness treatment.
Contraindications:
Vodder lymphatic drainage is contraindicated for individuals with acute infections, untreated cancer, thrombosis, severe heart or kidney conditions, and should be used cautiously during pregnancy or after recent surgery without prior medical clearance.
Fascia Lymphatic Drainage
A more targeted and structured approach that combines lymphatic drainage with fascia release techniques. This method addresses deep tissue congestion, improves fluid movement, and supports structural balance within the lymphatic and fascial systems.
Benefits:
Releases fascial restrictions, improves lymphatic flow, reduces fibrosis and scar tissue buildup, enhances post-operative results, and promotes deeper detoxification and body contouring.
Ideal For:
Individuals with post-surgical fibrosis or hardening, chronic swelling or tissue tightness, clients seeking visible contouring results, or those needing deeper lymphatic support beyond gentle surface stimulation.
Contraindications:
Fascia lymphatic drainage is not recommended for individuals with active infections, blood clots, uncontrolled heart conditions, untreated cancer, open wounds, or severe organ dysfunction, and should be used with caution during pregnancy or post-surgery unless medically cleared.
Celluma Light Therapy
FDA-registered class II device. Celluma light therapy panel using blue, red, and near-infrared wavelengths. Celluma light therapy targets skin, muscle, and joint tissues to reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, and promote cellular regeneration.
Benefits:
Improves skin clarity and texture, reduces inflammation and acne, relieves muscle and joint pain, enhances circulation, and supports tissue recovery post-surgery or injury.
Ideal For:
Clients recovering from cosmetic or medical procedures, those with inflammatory skin conditions or muscle discomfort, and individuals seeking non-invasive support for healing, rejuvenation, and overall wellness.
Contraindications:
Celluma light therapy is not recommended for individuals with epilepsy, active cancer, pregnancy (unless cleared by a physician), or those taking photosensitive medications, and should not be used over the thyroid gland or suspicious lesions.
Vacuum Massage Therapy
A non-invasive technique that uses suction to stimulate lymphatic drainage, improve circulation, and lift the underlying tissue. Often used for body contouring, cellulite reduction, and post-operative fibrosis management.
Benefits:
Enhances lymphatic flow and blood circulation, reduces fluid retention, breaks down fibrotic tissue, improves skin elasticity, and supports contouring and cellulite reduction.
Ideal For:
Clients recovering from liposuction or cosmetic procedures, experiencing localized swelling or fibrosis, or seeking body contouring and skin tightening without surgery.
Contraindications:
Vacuum massage therapy is contraindicated for individuals with varicose veins, blood clots, skin infections, open wounds, active inflammation, cancer, or severe cardiovascular conditions, and should be avoided during pregnancy unless medically approved.
Roller Massage Therapy
A mechanical massage technique that uses motorized rollers to knead and stimulate the skin and underlying tissues. This therapy promotes lymphatic drainage, improves blood flow, and reduces muscle tension.
Benefits:
Stimulates lymphatic circulation, smooths out fascia and connective tissue, reduces bloating and swelling, relieves tension, and enhances body contour and skin texture.
Ideal For:
Individuals with poor circulation, fluid retention, muscle tightness, or fascia-related discomfort, and those seeking non-invasive body sculpting and relaxation.
Contraindications:
Roller massage therapy is not recommended for individuals with acute inflammation, varicose veins, blood clots, fragile capillaries, open wounds, skin infections, or severe cardiovascular issues, and should be used with caution during pregnancy or post-surgery without medical clearance.
