”Where Therapeutic Care Meets Natural Balance“
________________
At Revive Soothe, we believe the body is not meant to be forced, but gently guided back to balance.
Our philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the lymphatic system plays a vital role in circulation, overall wellness, and natural recovery processes. When supported, lymphatic flow helps the body maintain harmony, reduce fluid retention, and function at its best.
Through our RS Method techniques, we support natural processes that help ease the appearance of swelling, improve circulation, and refine the body’s natural contours.
Each session is intentionally designed to blend precision, science, and care—offering both aesthetic refinement and a deeply restorative experience.

I founded Revive Soothe with a singular mission: to bridge the gap between advanced recovery support and aesthetic refinement. Having spent years specializing in lymphatic-based techniques and body wellness, I came to understand that true transformation begins from within.
My professional journey began in 2012, when I became a licensed massage therapist and esthetician in California. In 2018, I expanded my practice in Texas, continuing to deepen my focus on body wellness, lymphatic support, and non-invasive aesthetic techniques.
Over the years, I pursued advanced education and certifications in specialized modalities, including advanced lymphatic drainage techniques, medical massage principles, and post-procedure body work. These studies shaped my understanding of how the body responds to rhythm, pressure, and intentional care.
I am also a Certified Advanced Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, and Certified Plastic Surgery Therapist, which has allowed me to refine a highly structured, results-driven yet restorative approach to body wellness.
My deeper purpose was shaped by a very personal experience—my mother’s battle with breast cancer. She underwent a double mastectomy and reconstruction surgery, including DIEP flap reconstruction, and experienced significant lymphatic challenges and lymphedema during her recovery journey.
Being by her side opened my eyes to how important proper lymphatic support and compassionate body work can be during and after surgical procedures. It was through this experience that I made the decision to dedicate my career to learning and specializing in lymphatic techniques and post-procedure wellness support, with the intention of helping others feel more supported, comfortable, and cared for in their own journeys.
The RS Method™ was created out of this intersection of professional expertise and personal experience. I observed many clients seeking support for post-procedure swelling, fluid retention, and changes in body contour, often looking for a more refined and intentional approach.
Through years of refinement, I developed a method that goes beyond traditional lymphatic work—it focuses on rhythm, precision, and structured, non-invasive sculpting techniques designed to support the body’s natural flow and aesthetic balance.
Whether you are seeking post-procedure wellness support or looking to enhance your natural contours, my intention remains the same: to help you feel lighter, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
Through the RS Method™, we do not simply work on the body—we support its natural flow, encourage balance, and create a deeply restorative experience that enhances both confidence and overall well-being.
