It is possible to begin within 48-72 hours after physician follow-up appointments. It has been over a month since I had my procedure. Is it too late to begin? No. The healing process after these types of procedures is several months.
Can I expect instant results?
Clients may experience reduced swelling and discomfort after a single session, but the full benefits become more apparent with multiple sessions. Over time, you will notice improved healing, decreased pain, and enhanced appearance.
How often should I get this treatment?
Treatment frequency is dependent on your recovery plan. Generally, clients receive a series of sessions 2-3 times per week within the first few weeks following surgery. As your healing progresses, your frequency may decrease to weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Your therapist will create a plan tailored to your recovery process.
Are there any contraindications?
Yes, if you are undergoing Acute inflammation, malignant tumors, thrombosis, severe cardiac conditions, active infections, including systemic infections and fever, kidney failure, medical implants, pregnancy complications, especially in the first trimester or high-risk cases. Always check with your doctor before the massage.
